A traditional style dress with classic smocking to the chest and featuring hand embroidered roses. In a beautiful navy and red tartan with a contrasting double layered frill collar. The smocking is also continued on the cuff, and the dress is finished with a tie bow at the back.

Fully lined in navy cotton with a full button back fastening for ease of dressing.
